When you’ve placed an order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
And shortly after your product has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipping information including a tracking number if it was provided from our warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship to all US states.
We try to ship within 24 hours but due to some circumstances from 3rd parties, the shipment might be delayed, so we ask for your patience. We make sure and do our absolute best to deliver shipments as fast as possible.
On average, our products take 2-7 days to deliver as we are shipping from our US warehouse.
PonyHorseTack encourages you to triple check your shipping address and billing information when making an order to ensure success but if a mistake occurs, please contact our support immediately and we shall offer you assistance.
We use Fedex and USPS. But there is also a choice for faster methods, to choose the express shipping way, contact us at our contact page.
In most situations we ship in one package but if you order many items at once we might split the package. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
Confirmations & Tracking
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to be processed and updated. If 5-8 business days has passed since you received your tracking number via email, and you still haven’t received the correct information please contact us again.
Confirmation emails are sent immediately/or within minutes to the email, you have provided at checkout, but on some rare occasions, order confirmation emails are sent to the spam folder so please check there. If you still haven’t found it after checking the spamfolder, then contact us and we will resend a confirmation immediately.
Once your order are finished & shipped, you will receive an email containing important information including your tracking number. You can also choose to receive your order status information to stay up to date.
Please wait 1-2 business days for tracking to be activated as this is usually the time for your package to be scanned at a checkpoint. Keep looking back and eventually the order status will be available to you with the tracking number provided.
Returns & Refunds

Please verify first with us if you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible for a refund you should consider using a service that is traceable in order to ensure that the package 100% arrives to us containing you order.
If you have been in contact with us before you’ve sen the order and were eligible for a refund then once your return arrives at our warehouse it will be inspected and we will notify you that we have received your returned item. Furthermore we will also notify you if your return has been approved or denied and if it has been approved you will be credited back the amount to your chosen method of payment within a couple of business days.
