How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in the United States will be shipped by USPS or Fedex depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, unfortunately, due to exporting logistic issues, we offer US shipping only. If you would like to ship your orders to overseas, use US shipping forwarder. Check our international shipping page for more info.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 2 – 7 days max*, depends on your state where you are living.

*This doesn’t include our 1-2 day processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase can be sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
